Where can I find Crying at Disney on social media?

You can find us on instagram, twitter and facebook by searching @cryingatdisney or by clicking the links in the footer of our website!

You are not on my desired podcast app, can you expand?

Please email us or join one of our instagram livestreams and suggest the platform that you prefer. We hope to expand so that all listeners can find us on their chosen apps.

What if I want to be on an episode/collaborate/have you on my podcast or other media? Or if my brand would like to buy an ad on an episode or sponsored post on Instagram?

Please contact us at cryingatdisney@gmail.com and we will see if it is a good fit!

I have a suggestion for an episode topic, a fun fact, or a great scoop on a rumor or story.

You can email us, tweet at us or DM us on Instagram. We keep a close eye on social media and engage with our listeners as much as possible. We're always open to suggestions and keep them in mind for future episodes.

I have a gift for you, or a product I'd like you to try or review. Where can I send it?

Please email us before mailing any items. We will accept products on a case by case basis if we think that it would be of interest to our listeners. In terms of gifts, we will gladly accept items from our true blue fans! Just check in with us first and we will coordinate with you.

 

SHOP FAQ

If you are located outside of the U.S. please check to see if your country has an import tax or not. Your order may be held at customs if you do not pay any import taxes and that could be why they are held up. It is your responsibility to know the import price/rules for your country. These custom fees are the customer’s responsibility to pay. We will not mark your order  as a “gift” or change the price because it is illegal.

Please note: we do not determine shipping costs, those are out of the hands of Weepy Hollow and are primarily priced due to rising costs of both domestic and international mail. 

How does Crying At Disney/Weepy Hollow handle shipping?
 

- All items are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail if chosen by the customer. All items are shipped in cushioned mailers out of NYC. 

- Orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days. 

- Please make sure your shipping address is correct on your order! We are not responsible for wrong addresses.

- If your item is lost in the mail it is not our responsibility to refund you. 

What brand of apparel do you use?

We use Bella + Canvas 3001 Unisex tees. Please reference this size guide for sizing assistance.
